A message by the people, to the people. A message of love and connection. How can people be at war when they really know nothing of each other? Who dictates these wars and who has anything to gain by them? Because it’s never the people!
Who is so careful to feed all the media never ending news reports about the ‘imminent war’ that no Iranian and no Israeli could possibly gain anything from? Who wants us to want to kill and die, Americans, Israelis, Iranians, and whoever else will be dragged into a war?
Lets stick together, lets care for each other as people, let’s work together tospread open and heartfelt communication, and not mass-media demagoguery, duplicity, deceit and evil. <3
A brilliant experiment in which water was subjected to all manner of thoughts and emotions and frozen. The shapes these ice crystals then took, speak for for themselves. And as the video says, if our thoughts have such powerful effects on water, and our bodies are upwards of 60% water, then imagine how our thoughts and desires affect the people around us.
And assuming we do try to think good things, help the people, and help the word?
We always receive what we request. Always. The question is, do you yourself know what you’re asking? It could be that you’re thinking of one thing, but meanwhile your hand fills the requisition form, and in it you write something completely different. Do you know what it is that you truly want, in the depth of your heart? Your words are always pretty, but what’s inside? Do you feel, sometimes, that it’s a little different than the words?
“An economist says that the more for you is essentially less for me, but the lover knows that the more for you is more for me, too. If you love somebody then their happiness is your happiness; their pain is your pain.
Your sense of self expands to include other beings. That’s love. Love is expansion of the self to include the other. And that’s a different kind of revolution: there’s no one to fight, there’s no ‘other’ in this revolution.
Everyone has a unique calling and it’s really time to listen to that. That’s what the future is going to be. It’s time to get ready for it, help contribute to it and make it happen.” – Charles Eisenstein, from the upcoming movie Occupy Love.
Sufi Master Shaykh Hisham Kabbani speaks at an interfaith event about the reality of human beings, the meaning of real love, tolerance, acceptance and the human potential.
“The major focal point for us to understand is the importance of the human being to be living in peace on this mother earth.”
“Tolerance is not enough. You can tolerate people to a certain extent, but most important is tolerance and ACCEPTANCE. You have to accept them whatever they are. You have to tolerate them and accept them. Not only tolerate them and not accept them and say they ‘no, they are wrong’. It’s not enough to build bridges between communities. You have to ACCEPT their presence and existence”
“Spirituality is to exhaust yourself by carrying the others difficulties and give them what you can offer for them in order to make them live in peace and happiness”
